Colfax Strong is our premier strength and conditioning class that incorporates all aspects of functional fitness training including Olympic and power lifting barbell movements, gymnastics, running, biking, rowing, kettlebells, dumbbells and so much more! Correct form and movement as well as flexibility and mobility is a primary focus of every class. All classes are individually scaled to your particular fitness ability.
