Colfax Strong

Colfax Strong is our premier strength and conditioning class that incorporates all aspects of functional fitness training including Olympic and power lifting barbell movements, gymnastics, running, biking, rowing, kettlebells, dumbbells and so much more! Correct form and movement as well as flexibility and mobility is a primary focus of every class. All classes are individually scaled to your particular fitness ability.

Colfax FIT

Colfax FIT specializes in intense cardio with fat blasting weight and barbell training exercises that will surely improve fitness, your body composition and confidence. Colfax FIT offers workouts that are constantly varied, speeding up your metabolism while always keeping it fun for you and challenging your body. With the use of kettle bells; body movements; running; rowing, biking; strength work with a barbell; and so many other other functional fitness movements you will see fast results, and become part of community that pushes you!


Expert Coaches

All of our coaches must pass a rigorous certification process before leading group classes. This ensures that you stay safe and injury-free.
