What Is Semi-Private Training?

Semi-private training is individualized coaching with up to 3 others in the same time slot. Unlike group fitness classes, each person is still on their own unique fitness program and receiving hands-on coaching from a dedicated trainer. It’s the perfect blend of personal attention and shared energy without the costs of 1on1.
