RJ Barron is a Denver native who began his fitness journey at just 16 years old, training in a friend’s garage and discovering early on the power of strength, discipline, and community.
The bulk of his career has been spent in fitness sales, helping people take meaningful steps toward healthier, more confident lives. RJ has worked with premier fitness brands including Colorado Athletic Club, Equinox in New York, and The Bay Club in San Francisco. Throughout his career, he’s built lifelong friendships with like-minded individuals who share a passion for growth and performance.
RJ loves Colfax Strong because it’s helped him achieve the strong legs he’s always wanted – a reflection of his belief in smart training, consistency, and trusting the process. For him, fitness isn’t just a job; it’s a lifestyle rooted in connection and personal growth. When he’s not in the gym, RJ stays active and creative through his involvement with the Denver Gay Men’s Chorus, skiing Colorado’s mountains, dancing, and spending quality time with friends.
